Effective date: May 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TLogger (“TLogger,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a service operated by Georgia Motorsports Media, LLC(“GMM”), collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use our website, web application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

  • Vehicle, hook, and track records: the pull-related data you log.
  • Custom configuration: pulling classes, hidden form fields, preferences.
  • Communications: messages you send us for support or feedback.

2.2 Information from third-party sign-in providers

If you sign in with a third-party identity provider, we receive a limited profile from that provider as authorized by you:

  • Google (Google OAuth): your name, email address, Google user identifier, and profile image. We do not receive your Google password. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Facebook (Meta Login): your name, email address, Facebook user identifier, and profile image (where permitted). See Meta’s Privacy Policy.
  • Apple (Sign in with Apple): your name (if you choose to share), email address or Apple-generated private relay email, and Apple user identifier. See Apple’s Privacy Policy.

We use this information only to create and authenticate your TLogger account. We do not post to, read, or otherwise interact with your third-party accounts.

2.3 Payment information

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or bank account credentials. Stripe provides us with a customer identifier, subscription status, plan, and billing period dates so we can provision your subscription. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

2.4 Information collected automatically

  • Session & security cookies: required to keep you signed in and protect against CSRF (see our Cookie Policy).
  • Device & log data: IP address, browser type, timestamps, referring URLs, and basic event logs for security and debugging.
  • Last activity: approximate timestamp of your last interaction (for session timeout enforcement).

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To create, authenticate, and maintain your account.
  • To store and display the pulling data you log.
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions (including free trials).
  • To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
  • To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
  • To send transactional communications (e.g., billing notices, security alerts).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your pulling data to train artificial-intelligence models.

4. Legal Bases for Processing (EU/UK Users)

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Contract: to provide the Service you have signed up for.

After you delete your account, we permanently remove personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records (e.g., billing/tax records for up to 7 years, or security logs for up to 1 year). Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely.
