Delete Your Account & Data

You can permanently delete your TLogger account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains how, what gets removed, and what we keep (if anything) and why. TLogger is operated by Georgia Motorsports Media, LLC.

Option 1 — In-app (fastest)

Sign in to TLogger.
Go to Settings → Account.
Scroll to the “Delete account” section.
Confirm the deletion. Your account is queued for immediate removal.

Option 2 — Email request

If you cannot sign in (for example you no longer have access to your email or social-login provider), email us from the address associated with your account:

Subject line: “Account Deletion Request”. Include the email address on the account. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile (name, email, hashed password, profile image).
All vehicles, hooks, tracks, and events you created.
Custom pulling classes and personalized form settings.
Session tokens and any active sign-ins (you will be signed out everywhere).
OAuth links to Google, Facebook, and Apple sign-in (your accounts at those providers are NOT touched).

What we may keep (and why)

Billing & tax records processed by Stripe — retained for up to 7 years to meet tax and accounting obligations.
Security & abuse logs — IP addresses and minimal event records for up to 12 months for fraud prevention and to defend against legal claims.
Anonymized, aggregated statistics that cannot be tied back to you.

Third-party data

Deleting your TLogger account does not delete data held by the third parties you used to sign in or pay with. To delete data at those services, use the links below:
